INTERMEDIATE DSLR PHOTOGRAPHY
Class Description:
Expand your skills and understanding of your digital SLR camera. Explore advanced photographic operations using different lenses, in-camera menu controls, and computer software.
In addition to creative assignments you will complete, we’ll review master works to inspire your next shot. We’ll guide your shooting practice and even take you on a field trip to locations such as Wing Haven Gardens & Bird Sanctuary.
Students should bring their D-SLR cameras and any flashes/lenses you would like to understand to class.
The Light Factory is one of only four museums in the United States that promote the power of image through photography and film. We offer educational programs and photography classes that teach people of all ages to communicate using visual mediums. Since 1972, The Light Factory has served students, artists and the public at large by offering film screenings, photography exhibits, classes and outreach programs that promote media literacy and self expression using the most powerful mediums of our time.
